Disability Bears
bear.png

This bear has awareness ribbons and colours, a custom scar, a magnet removable ng tube and feeding bag, removable stoma and stoma bag (with a scar underneath) and an IV tube

Everybody wants a friend who is just like them, especially when there are few people around you in life with the same quirks and differences as you.

Positive representation is really important to help build self esteem in disabled children and studies have shown that the presence of toys with disabilities grow open minds in abled kids too.

For this, I hand sew button jointed bears in many colours with many different disabilities.

Below are some bears I have made, but if you don't see the kind of bear you are looking for please get in touch and I will design you the exact bear you can dream up.
